PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR (M/F/D) MATERNITY LEAVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are part of the program core team in a status monitoring and guidance role
• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize and develop projects
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while compliance to the company’s standards
• Drafting new and improving existing product development processes and relevant standards
• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standard, adhering to budgets, and fulfilling milestones
• Administrating Product Lifecycle Management tool, especially project management system field
• Generating program status reports based on task tracking (plan vs. actual)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, administration or engineering
• A project management level B (IPMA) certification is an advantage
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in automotive industry or similar
• Strong leadership skills with attention to details and technicalities
• Critical questioning and challenging of project contents
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skill
• Very good knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and MS-Project is an advantage
• Fluency in English and German for both verbal and written communication (level B2 is a minimum), Korean is an advantage

WHAT WE OFFER

With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (full time/38.5 hours) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR 48.000,-

We also offer a market-standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
