As Senior Manager Product Quality Management – Automotive for SiC you will be responsible for managing and securing product quality throughout the product lifecycle, development and change in order to set the stage for successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
In your new role you will:
- Lead and harmonize qualification strategy and quality assurance for multiple product-, technology- and package development projects

- Plan and execute product qualificatio n and production monitoring in accordance with internal guidelines, Automotive standards and customer requirements
- Evaluate qualification results , including release, documentation and customer reporting
- Support the development and production teams by contributing to risk management
- Drive effective problem-solving for quality issues leading or being part of task forces / focus teams
- Interact with our international teams and external customers regarding quality-related topics over product lifecycle
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering , Physics, Microelectronics or similar and know-how in quality management systems, processesand methods
- severeal years of experience in Quality Management with focus on semiconductor wafer and packaging technologies, product reliability as well as customer handling
- Deep knowledge of automotive quality requirements and familiarity with automotive quality culture and zero defect approach
- Experience in taking risks consciously and manage them activelytowards internal and external customers
- Strong customer interface with good abilities in structured problemsolving and communication
- Experience in semiconductor production processes
- Quality Management experience in product qualification, ideally also for discreteproducts
- Excellent English communication skills, German is a plus
