We are looking for a

Customer Administrator (m/w/d)in a permanent position/ full time at the location Vienna (Euro Plaza).
Your tasks in detail:
- Provide coordination support to the team and project team
- Handle contracts, signatures, purchase orders and invoices
- Support travel and meeting arrangements
- Assist with planning and organization of internal and external business meetings, events, and workshops
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Process orders, forms, applications, and ad-hoc requests
- Congress Management (stand construction, booth organization, communication with congress attendees, contract, and travel management for Healthcare Practitioners (HCP's), invoicing, administration for congresses, Advisory Boards, workshops, home care organizations, etc.)
- Manage through internal approvals process (from initiation to item closure),
- Purchase Order management, invoice, and order management
- Monitor budget and process monthly accruals
- Act as a back-up for other colleagues of the customer administrator team
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training (commercial, communication, office management or equivalent)
- Experience in providing administration support to a team or business unit or department head
- Well versed with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and web-content management
- Business fluency in German and English
- Experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP

For this important and responsible position, the minimum salary is € 3,110.60 gross/month (full-time, KV chem. Industrie). The actual salary package depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
