As an HR Intern (f/m/x) you will gain first-hand insights into one of the most promising impact start-ups in Europe! Join us for 6 months on either part- or full-time (15 - 30 hours) basis at our HQ in Vienna.

In this role, you will:
- Support in the whole recruiting process by posting jobs, sourcing talents, screening applications, doing interviews, and shortlisting.
- Ensure the proper onboarding of new team members and make sure everyone has the right information at the right time.
- Support with offboarding by scheduling exit calls and with some administrative topics.
- Organize get-togethers to help foster a great company culture.
- Together with our marketing team, work on inoqo's employer branding strategy and come up with creative ideas on how to attract the best talents.
- You will receive continuous support through mentoring while taking care of these topics, thus, accelerating your growth and knowledge in this area :)
You're a fit because:
- You are a student with a major in HR, Business Management, or Administration.
- You know the difference between recruiting and hiring, and ideally, already have experience with both.
- You are passionate about different HR topics, like employer branding and organizing events.
- You enjoy being the contact person for your colleagues and contributing to a strong company culture.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English (German is a big plus).
