Project Manager / Project Coordinator (m/f/d)
at our site in Raaba near Graz
Responsibilites:
As our Project Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for creating and implementing development plans for your team. This includes identifying project goals, developing schedules, and coordinating resources to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
In addition, you will be monitoring project progress regularly and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure that the project stays on track.
Further, you will be communicating regularly with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management, to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as project management, engineering, or business administration
Experience in leading projects, managing teams, and coordinating resources
Knowledge of project management methodologies: familiarity with popular project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is important.
Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams, ability to delegate tasks, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts
Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and able to meet deadlines, excellent communication skills
